1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 777xp ("777xp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 777xp.bio and its associated mobile applications.

By accessing the 777xp platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and you accept that risk voluntarily.

These Terms should be read alongside the 777xp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 777xp platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. 777xp will verify your age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to approving any withdrawal request.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Voluntary Participation: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gaming services.
4. Single Account: You must not already hold an existing 777xp account. Each individual is permitted only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Own Funds: Any funds deposited into your 777xp account must belong to you and must not be derived from illegal sources or third-party funding arrangements.

777xp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on 777xp, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. The following rules apply to all 777xp accounts:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 777xp will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777xp. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777xp may close all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, 777xp requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation.
• Account Currency: All 777xp accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You cannot change your account currency once it has been set at registration.

777xp reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777xp platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may be imposed by your chosen payment provider or by 777xp in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Supported deposit channels include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 777xp does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. 777xp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts held in third-party names will be refunded and your account may be reviewed for compliance.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Processing times vary by payment method but 777xp targets completion within one to three business days for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is an outstanding active bonus with pending wagering requirements, unless the bonus is forfeited voluntarily by the member.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777xp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance. Bonus funds must complete their wagering requirements before any portion of the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless 777xp expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific promotion.
• 777xp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes cancelling a promotion mid-cycle if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering context in which they are awarded. They may not be transferred between accounts.
• Members who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but remain eligible to claim them manually if they are publicly listed on the platform.

Any attempt to abuse, misuse, or exploit a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, placing matched bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other members — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on 777xp across all product verticals, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and any other gaming products available on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once 777xp's system confirms acceptance and a bet reference number is issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface and may be changed by 777xp at any time.
• Obvious Errors: 777xp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that are clearly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from the member's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play cricket markets may be suspended or settled at any time based on live match events. Bets placed after the occurrence of the event to which they relate — even if the market was technically open — may be voided.
• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per member. These limits are published in the relevant product section of the platform and may be revised at 777xp's discretion.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of 777xp's trading and settlements team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in the FAQ section.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of detection:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Colluding with other members, dealers, or any third party to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal source;
• Attempting to launder money through the 777xp platform in any manner;
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity documents during KYC;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777xp staff or other members;
• Attempting to access or interfere with the 777xp platform's backend systems, servers, or databases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 777xp platform — including but not limited to the 777xp name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777xp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777xp platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 777xp content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 777xp software;
• Create derivative works based on 777xp content;
• Use 777xp's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.

Any unauthorised use of 777xp intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access to the platform and may give rise to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777xp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

777xp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 777xp's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.

777xp makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of real-time odds data, or the compatibility of its software with all devices and operating systems. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data

777xp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account with 777xp, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777xp uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age as part of the KYC process;
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions;
• Comply with anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations;
• Provide customer support and respond to account queries;
• Send you promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

777xp does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated service providers who assist in delivering the platform's services, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11. Responsible Gaming

777xp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its members. The following tools and policies are available to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a mandatory cooling-off period applies before any upward adjustment takes effect.
• Session Reminders: You may configure time alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a duration you specify.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the 777xp platform at any time by accessing the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net gaming activity are displayed during extended sessions.

All gaming on 777xp is strictly for members aged 21 and above. This requirement is enforced without exception. Members who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the member's account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by Member: You may close your 777xp account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or the associated bonus must be voluntarily forfeited. Verified PKR balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided no compliance holds are in place.

Termination by 777xp: 777xp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account immediately and without prior notice where:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected on the account;
• The account is associated with money laundering or other criminal activity;
• The member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by 777xp due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, and 777xp shall have no obligation to return funds associated with fraudulent, prohibited, or illegal activity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xp holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

777xp does not represent or warrant that the use of its platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the 777xp platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. 777xp accepts no liability for members who use the platform in jurisdictions where doing so is restricted or prohibited by local law.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, the relevant provision of these Terms shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to ensure compliance, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

777xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777xp will notify registered members by:

• Posting an updated version of the Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date;
• Displaying a notice on the platform homepage or in the member account dashboard where appropriate.

Your continued use of the 777xp platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 777xp recommends reviewing these Terms each time you log into your account.
